Funciones: dar soporte a los procesos de empaquetado para garantizar que sean fiables y eficientes. Este objetivo se consigue a través de las siguientes tareas, y en conexión con los equipos de proceso cros-funcionales de la planta:

  • Conocimiento del proceso: el técnico de Servicios Técnicos debe entender los procesos de empaquetado de los productos de los que es responsable. Esto implica adquirir conocimiento científico del proceso y nociones generales del funcionamiento de los equipos y sistemas que participan en el mismo, así como entender sus riesgos (actuales y potenciales) para prevenirlos y asegurar una ejecución segura.
  • Soporte a las operaciones diarias:
    • Monitorizar los procesos para asegurarse de que están en control y son capaces, y documentarlo en evaluaciones periódicas.
    • Determinar la causa raíz de las desviaciones y reclamaciones, así como establecer medidas correctoras.
    • Controlar y monitorizar los cambios del proceso.
    • Mejorar de forma continua el proceso en fiabilidad y eficacia
    • Mantener los procesos de producción y limpiezas en estado validado.
  • Soporte a los proyectos de la planta:
    • Documentación del impacto en proceso asociado a proyectos de la planta
    • Diseño y puesta en marcha de cambios en el sistema electronico que se utiliza como guia del proceso de empaquetado (Ticket electronico)

Requerimientos de formación:

Grado en ciencias de la Salud (Farmacia, Biología, Química, similar) o Ingeniería Química

Requerimientos de idiomas:

Conocimiento fluido de inglés hablado y escrito (C1)
