Job Description:

Based in Nextpower's office in Madrid, Spain, the Logistics Implementation Analyst will:

  • Manage multiple projects/initiatives related to Logistics Ops implementation projects.
  • Assist with integrations and ad-hoc requests related to business operations.
  • Support logistics process improvements and SOP wording and revision.
  • Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
  • Create KPIS, performance dashboards, reports, and drive root cause analysis.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and/or carriers/vendors for implementation projects.
  • Provide educated judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations.
    Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business.

Basic Qualifications & requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience within implementation projects in logistics industry.
  • Knowledge in logistics processes improvement: TMS; track & trace solutions, QR codes, etc.
  • Experience working with data (analysis, metrics, mining, root cause).
  • Advanced knowledge on MS - specially Excel+ Power BI+ Power Point.
  • Implementing SOP, End User Manuals, and internal instructions.
  • Proven independent decision-making skills in an often-ambiguous environment.
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes.
  • Communication at all levels with the ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data.
    B2/C1 English level - Be able to communicate fluently in English.
