Logistics Leader B2C

At Decathlon, we are looking for a manager responsible for the operational logistics management of our B2C business at the Iberia level.

Responsibilities 1

-We are seeking a Management professional capable of leading, transforming, and optimizing the B2C supply chain at Decathlon Iberia through an efficient and profitable logistics model that guarantees an excellent experience for our sports customers who purchase through the Decathlon Spain website.

-The role involves developing, implementing, and consolidating the company's B2C logistics nationwide.

-The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global strategy and working alongside the Management team to drive growth and profitability in Spain by adopting a continuous improvement policy focused on optimizing and enhancing work processes within the B2C business area.

-The successful candidate will ensure compliance with quality KPIs for customers.

-The successful candidate will manage the business unit's profit and loss statement.

-The successful candidate will foster collaboration among warehouse, B2C, B2B, and transport teams to improve service efficiency.

Responsabilities 2

-Develop a sustainable logistics project to serve the customer.

-Codefine the country's logistics network with the Spanish and United teams, optimizing KPIs to achieve excellent customer service. (5-year horizon).

-Work on and define the logistics budget for the B2C scope to ensure a financial trajectory aligned with commitments.

-Codefine logistics investments in the B2C scope with Spain and United to guarantee economic, strategic, and technical alignment.

-Lead and report on the financial performance of my scope according to the defined KPIs.

-Ensure the use of standard economic tools and support the country's pilot program to enable continuous monitoring and responsiveness to unforeseen events.

-Apply the principles of sustainable development to our logistics activities, reducing environmental impact and promoting the circular economy.

-Ensure the implementation of logistics procedures and control methodologies that monitor logistics processes across the B2C perimeter.

-Support and monitor transportation to support its training and development, ensuring compliance at both the local and United levels.

-Foster collaboration between B2C warehouse, B2B, and transportation teams to improve efficiency.

-Support the implementation of digital tools dedicated to logistics processes across the B2C perimeter.

Requirements

-Bachelor's/Master's degree.

-Experience in team management and coordination.

of experience performing similar functions to: General -Management in
Supply Chain (B2C)

Logistics Operations with experience in logistics operations, last mile delivery

-Regular participation in sports (Company Values).

: Proficiency in analysis using Excel, SAP, or IBM tools. Experience in data management and CRM.

Languages :
Advanced English (C1 level or higher) is essential. Proficiency in French is a plus.
