About Us:

The Company offers sports betting and online casino in Europe (Spain) and Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Panama). About the rol:

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play an integral role in the broader finance team and
focus on the sourcing and execution of corporate development opportunities
for Codere Online.

Preparation and monitoring of the business plan, annual budget and KPI's of the business are key pillars of the position. You will play a key role in
gathering and analyzing data, presenting the information and contributing to the team's recommendations
to the senior management and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, business plans and periodic forecasts and monitor actual financial performance

  • Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement

  • Conduct research and business analysis of online gaming companies, monitor key developments, initiatives, news, legislation, corporate activities and M&A transactions, analyzing the impact on the Group's strategies and business plans

  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including M&A and other corporate development transactions using methods such as DCF, NPV, IRR and comparable analysis

  • Assist in the analysis and preparation of strategic proposals, presentations, memorandums and marketing materials

  • Provide support to other functions within Finance such as Investor Relations regarding quarterly earnings reporting and other corporate materials as well as FP&A management reporting

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university in business, finance or related programs

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and interest in developing further as a financial analyst

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office package

  • 1-2 years of experience from relevant positions in consulting, banking, or similar corporate positions
