Join Ria Money Transfer to build the connective tissue of global remittances—secure, real‑time integrations that move money safely across borders for millions of customers every day. As a Payments Integrations Analyst in Madrid, you will focus on analyzing external partner APIs end to end and turning diverse specifications and business rules into clear, testable requirements and dependable integration flows. You will be the bridge between product, compliance, engineering, and external partners, aligning needs, unblocking delivery, and continuously improving performance and reliability across our payment network. Your integrations will run on REN, Euronet's modern payments platform, giving your work global scale and a solid foundation from day one. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where your contributions directly improve customer experience, reduce friction and risk, and advance Ria's mission to make global money movement faster, more transparent, and more affordable. Madrid's thriving fintech ecosystem and international talent pool make it the ideal base for collaborating across time zones and driving integrations that matter on a global stage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and define requirements using external API specifications, interviews, and business process descriptions
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders worldwide to analyze information needs and functional requirements
• Understand business, operations, compliance, IT, and legal pain areas to apply the best approach on the final solution
• Successfully engage in multiple integration projects simultaneously
• Monitor and design likely complex solutions to optimize network performance

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software engineering, systems integration, data/QA engineering, or similar
• Hands-on experience reading/writing specs, APIs, or data models
• Proven experience with Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, workflows, and documentation
• Excellent command of written and oral English and Spanish
• Based or willingness to settle in Madrid, the most desirable city in Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Coding experience – You will work hard and learn plenty in Operations team and help decide what integrations would be like without coding a single line
• Background in finance and payments sectors
• API development certification (Apigee, etc)
• Business analysis certification (PMI-PBA, CBAP, etc)
