About This Role
We are looking for a
Business Operations Assistant
to join our
Digital team
. In this role, you will support the growth of our digital products in Europe by ensuring operational excellence, providing second-level support to internal stakeholders, and working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our digital services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the second level of support for operational inquiries, escalated from internal teams such as our Care team.
  • Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, Product, Operations and other internal teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and enhance the customer journey.
  • Monitor and analyze digital operations performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives that drive digital growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Document and communicate recurring issues or feedback to relevant teams to ensure continuous product and service improvements.
  • Assist in launching new digital features and services, ensuring smooth operational readiness.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at streamlining workflows, improving response times, and reducing customer friction.

Position Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital operations, fintech, customer support, or business growth roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills (Excel, Amplitude dashboards, Power BI or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with digital financial services, payments, or money transfer industry is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
