Join us as an ERP & Systems Operations Administrator and become part of an international team that plays a key role in our operational backbone.

What You Will Do

You will join an international team responsible for administering internal systems, including the billing systems integrated into the ERP. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and supporting the systems involved in billing processes for the entire group.
  • Handling day-to-day tasks through the Jira ticketing system.
  • Assisting colleagues with system-related questions and operational issues.
  • Working across multiple topics and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience in a similar systems/operations role.
  • Basic experience with Linux environments.
  • Solid experience with Windows services (AD, DNS, etc.).
  • ERP knowledge, ideally related to financial or billing processes (any ERP is welcome; Infor or SAP is a plus).
  • Experience working with databases (ideally Oracle).
  • Experience collaborating in projects.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3/2) from any of our offices in Logroño, Alcobendas, Barcelona, Valencia, or Sevilla.
