Corporate Credit Controller

SuanNutra is seeking an experienced
Corporate Credit Controller
to lead and optimise our
global Accounts Receivable and credit-risk function
, covering all entities of the group (Monteloeder, SuanNutra Inc., Gonmisol and others).

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to the CFO and key leadership, ideal for a finance professional who thrives in international, fast-paced environments.

What You Will Do

As Corporate Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

Credit & Collections Management

• Oversee the end-to-end global AR cycle across Europe, the US and APAC.

• Drive timely collection of outstanding invoices and reduce DSO.

• Manage customer communications to resolve overdue balances, disputes and payment delays.

• Set and monitor credit limits, risk categories and payment terms.

• Deliver weekly AR aging reports and collection forecasts.

Credit Risk Assessment

• Conduct credit analysis on new and existing customers.

• Recommend credit limits aligned with our risk appetite.

• Monitor high-exposure accounts and escalate concerns to the CFO.

Treasury Support

• Provide cash-collection forecasts and AR visibility for liquidity planning.

• Support cash reconciliation and unapplied-cash resolution with Accounting.

Internal Coordination & Process Improvement

• Work closely with Sales and Accounting to resolve invoicing issues and customer disputes.

• Improve AR and credit-control processes, driving automation and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards.

Reporting & Legal Oversight

• Prepare monthly reports on aging, DSO, bad-debt provisions, and customer concentration risk.

• Coordinate with external legal advisors when required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.

•
3–6+ years
of experience in
Credit Control, AR, Treasury or related roles
.

• Experience working in
international, multi-entity and multi-currency environments
.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ownership mentality.

• Excellent communication skills with customer-facing experience.

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo, Business Central) and strong Excel skills.

• Fluent in
English and Spanish (C1 minimum)
.

Preferred:

• Experience in nutraceuticals, ingredients, pharma, or B2B distribution.

• Exposure to US customers (distributors and e-commerce).

• Knowledge of credit insurance, factoring or other risk-mitigation tools.

• Experience in high-growth SMEs or mid-market groups.
