Rol y responsabilidades:

  • Definir la arquitectura técnica: diseñar sistemas N-Capas, arquitectura de microservicios, integración de legacy systems, modelo de datos unificado y arquitectura de seguridad (IAM, OAuth2, GDPR)
  • Liderar técnicamente equipos: supervisar desarrollo backend, frontend y mobile; realizar code reviews; validar calidad; asegurar estándares y mentorizar desarrolladores
  • Ejercer liderazgo ágil: facilitar ceremonias Scrum (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives); hacer coaching en metodología ágil; resolver bloqueadores técnicos
  • Coordinar con PM/PO: traducir requisitos funcionales a soluciones técnicas, validar la factibilidad, estimar complejidad y definir criterios de aceptación técnicos
  • Implementar soluciones hands-on: desarrollar código de alta calidad en componentes críticos.
  • Gestionar DevOps & CI/CD: diseñar pipelines, aplicar Infrastructure as Code, monitorizar sistemas y coordinarse con el equipo de DevOps
  • Garantizar calidad y testing: definir estrategia de testing, establecer estándares de code quality, optimizar performance y validar seguridad

Requisitos de cualificación y formación:

  • Licenciatura o Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o relacionado
  • Mínimo 7 años en desarrollo software profesional con evolución clara hacia arquitectura y liderazgo técnico
  • Mínimo 3 años como Architect o Lead Developer de proyectos complejos: liderazgo técnico de equipos 4+, decisiones de diseño estratégicas. Experiencia en arquitectura de microservicios: diseño e implementación de arquitecturas distribuidas, APIs, patrones de comunicación
  • Experiencia en migración de sistemas legacy: modernización, data migration, dual operation mode, zero-disruption go-live
  • Experiencia en cloud-native (preferiblemente Azure): PaaS/SaaS services, infrastructure as code. - Experiencia en metodologías ágiles: Scrum, facilitación de ceremonies, coaching.
  • Nivel B2-C1 en Inglés: conversación técnica, documentación, presentaciones
