Familiaritywith SAP is preferred.Applies strongbusiness acumen and analytical thinking to support revenue optimisation andeffective cost management.Superiorproblem -solving skills with the ability to work independently, whilemaintaining a strategic global view of the business.Impeccablecommunication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English andSpanish. Additional languages are a definite plus.Holds thelegal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, infull compliance with local regulations.Personallysettled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.Brings anoutgoing presence, and an enthusiastic, 'Can -Do' attitude that sparks themagnetic spirit of The Pacha Group. KeyResponsibilities Leads the preparation and control of monthly profit and loss statementsfor assigned business units, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.Oversees group -level financial consolidation and integrates individualbusiness unit results to support comprehensive financial reporting.Provides clear and structured financial insights to management andsupports the Group Finance Director in decision -making processes.Coordinates the review of controlling outputs across business units,including cost control, margin analysis and workforce -related reporting.Defines and enforces group -wide closing standards, ensuring consistencyin financial criteria across all entities.Analyses budget, actual and forecast variances, and identifies keyperformance drivers to inform business decisions.Supports the budgeting and forecasting process with relevant data,financial modelling and scenario planning.Coordinates with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timelymonth -end closings.Prepares documentation and supports the financial audit process incoordination with internal and external stakeholders. The Team PachaFamily Members are playful, creative and audacious leaders.
