**Key Responsibilities**
- Leads the preparation and control of monthly profit and loss statements for assigned business units, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Oversees group-level financial consolidation and integrates individual business unit results to support comprehensive financial reporting.
- Provides clear and structured financial insights to management and supports the Group Finance Director in decision-making processes.
- Coordinates the review of controlling outputs across business units, including cost control, margin analysis and workforce-related reporting.
- Defines and enforces group-wide closing standards, ensuring consistency in financial criteria across all entities.
- Analyses budget, actual and forecast variances, and identifies key performance drivers to inform business decisions.
- Supports the budgeting and forecasting process with relevant data, financial modelling and scenario planning.
- Coordinates with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely month-end closings.
- Prepares documentation and supports the financial audit process in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
