Buscamos un/a
Facilities Manager
para liderar la gestión operativa de uno o varios edificios en Barcelona. Serás responsable de coordinar el mantenimiento, las reparaciones, los proveedores y un equipo de técnicos, garantizando la excelencia en el servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar y liderar al equipo de mantenimiento y operaciones.
  • Coordinar reparaciones, obras y mejoras con técnicos, proveedores y contratistas.
  • Gestionar presupuestos operativos, proyectos de inversión y reportes de desviaciones.
  • Mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes y resolver incidencias.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad, salud y medioambiente.
  • Controlar facturación, presupuestos y relaciones con proveedores.
  • Realizar inspecciones y proponer mejoras operativas y de eficiencia.
  • Fomentar la formación y desarrollo del equipo bajo los valores

    (Respeto, Integridad, Servicio y Excelencia).

Requisitos:

  • Grado universitario (preferiblemente en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o similar) y experiencia de 3-5 años en gestión de instalaciones o mantenimiento.
  • Conocimientos en liderazgo de equipos, gestión de presupuestos y proveedores.
  • Valorable certificación en
    Facility Management
    .
  • Nivel alto de organización, orientación al detalle y actitud resolutiva.
  • Carné de conducir válido.
