We are looking for a
Digital Talent Acquisition Partner
willing to join our Human Resources Team in
Barcelona.
You will support the growth of our People Strategy in the Iberian Zone to hire top digital talent for one of our Business Units, Schneider Digital, by implementing the best practices for recruitment, assessment as well as leveraging our employee value proposition in the market. You will be responsible for piloting the full recruitment processes for a variety of roles within our company.

Reporting to the Talent Director,
you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage full recruitment process in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and the talent management team. Carry out profile briefing meetings, advise on search strategy and process, collaborate with external partners, writing and posting job advertisements, screening incoming applications and proactively sourcing candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, maintaining effective administration of the recruitment process and candidate tracking, providing feedback to candidates through the recruitment process and elaboration and presentation of offers.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience during the end-to-end talent acquisition process for external and internal candidates.
  • Grow Talent Acquisition added value function thanks to partnering with main stakeholders.
  • Represent Schneider Electric at Employer Branding events to attract top talent.
  • Conduct marketing intelligence and talent mapping to anticipate trends and skill availability.
  • Help increase the recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve our KPIs.
  • Contribute to improvement projects within the Talent area.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • University degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment in a challenging recruiting environment with a focus on international and digital roles.
  • Experience working in a corporate Talent Acquisition team
  • Strong sourcing expertise using internet job boards, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with different sourcing channels, including digital technologies/AI
  • Customer focus, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a matrix and dynamic environment, accountability, follow-through, and detailed orientation are key competencies
  • Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects
  • Excellent Spanish and English skills
