About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Ogury, you'll be at the heart of our growth story — partnering with leaders across Europe to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent. You'll act as both strategist and storyteller, ensuring every candidate experiences Ogury's unique culture and mission from the very first interaction.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies across commercial, technical, and corporate functions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from briefing to offer — ensuring a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent trends, market insights, and best practices to influence hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and the wider People team to drive employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, international tech or digital media environment in hiring Sales across EMEA.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you enjoy problem-solving and finding creative ways to attract top talent.
- Experience sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, events, referrals) and managing a variety of roles simultaneously.
- Passion for people, culture, and creating an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
