PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Zona a gestionar: Valencia, Murcia y Baleares

Definirá, conjuntamente con el Marketing Manager las estrategias de los productos en el mercado y los objetivos a cumplir en cada demostración asegurándose que estén alineados con la estrategia establecida.

Bajo la supervisión del Product Specialist Manager, será responsable en su zona/clientes de las siguientes
funciones
:

  • Realización de demostraciones a Clientes Potenciales.
  • Participar activamente en nuevos lanzamientos de producto.
  • Configuración de los equipos y formación al Personal Sanitario en el manejo y máximo aprovechamiento de los equipos instalados, así como estar en contacto con los perfiles relevantes del hospital (médicos, técnicos, administración, compras, etc.).
  • Seguimiento periódico del funcionamiento de la base instalada.
  • Resolución de problemas aplicativos de los equipos telefónica o presencialmente.
  • Conocimiento del Producto y de las aplicaciones clínicas del mismo.
  • Observar y conocer el workflow del proceso clínico de forma amplia (no solo del Laboratorio)
  • Captación y fidelización de cartera de clientes activos asignados.
  • Preparación y negociación de ofertas para los clientes asignados, junto al Manager.
  • Seguimiento de previsiones anuales de ventas de los clientes asignados.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de la Compañía.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud.
  • Alto nivel de inglés.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar en la zona asignada.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa o formación en Laboratorios de Investigación, ya sea básica o de aplicación médica, pudiendo demostrar el conocimiento de técnicas de microbiología o biología molecular aplicadas en los Laboratorios.
