Buscamos un/a
Delivery Lead
que juegue un papel clave en el éxito de nuestros proyectos y servicios IT, asegurando un delivery sólido, estable y alineado con los objetivos del cliente y del negocio.

Este rol actúa como
punto de equilibrio entre cliente, tecnología y negocio
, garantizando que lo que se promete
se entrega con calidad, foco y sostenibilidad
.

El reto

  • Gobernar proyectos IT
    end-to-end
    : planificación, hitos, dependencias, riesgos y seguimiento de ejecución.
  • Ser el
    interlocutor principal con el cliente
    a nivel operativo y táctico, gestionando expectativas y prioridades.
  • Controlar
    alcance, desviaciones, costes y márgenes
    , tomando decisiones cuando sea necesario.
  • Gestionar servicios IT con foco en:
  • Cumplimiento de
    SLA / OLA
  • Estabilidad operativa
    y continuidad del servicio
  • Priorización de demanda junto a cliente y equipo
  • Detección proactiva de
    cuellos de botella de capacidad
  • Coordinar de forma efectiva con
    Tech / Elite Leads
    , alineando delivery y decisiones técnicas.
  • Anticipar riesgos y proponer planes de mitigación antes de que impacten al cliente o al negocio.

Buscamos a alguien que tenga

  • Experiencia sólida en
    gestión de Proyectos y Servicios en entornos IT
    .
  • Experiencia demostrable en
    delivery end-to-end
    .
  • Interlocución directa con clientes a nivel
    operativo y táctico
    .
  • Capacidad para controlar
    scope, desviaciones y márgenes
    .
  • Foco en
    estabilidad operativa
    y cumplimiento de
    SLA / OLA
    .
  • Capacidad para priorizar demanda y gestionar
    capacidad en entornos complejos
    .

Será un plus si además...

  • Tienes experiencia en organizaciones con
    modelos de escalado rápido
    .
  • Tienes un background técnico suficiente para
    entender decisiones de arquitectura
    (no hands-on).
  • Tienes experiencia en contextos donde el
    delivery condiciona ventas o crecimiento
    .
  • Has participado en iniciativas de
    mejora continua o transformación del delivery
    .
  • Tienes experiencia gestionando
    múltiples servicios o proyectos en paralelo
    .
