Position Summary
The Sales Executive Intern will support ntam's business development initiatives by assisting with lead generation, outreach, proposal creation, and coordination of sales activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales within a fast-paced, creative agency environment. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, playing a key role in nurturing client relationships and driving growth.
Full Training can be expected in onboarding process.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through research and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain up-to-date contact lists.
- Assist with outreach strategies and campaigns and close projects.
2. Client Outreach
- Draft and send professional client communication emails, cold calling & in person sales.
- Make follow-up calls and support meeting scheduling with leads.
- Assist in preparing pre-meeting briefs and summaries.
3. Proposal Development
- Support the creation of tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Help prepare marketing collateral aligned with client needs.
4. CRM & Database Management
- Accurately maintain client and prospect information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
- Track communication history and ensure data cleanliness.
5. Sales Coordination
- Assist with managing incoming inquiries and coordinating responses.
- Help prepare supporting documents and organize sales meetings.
6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct research on industry trends, potential business opportunities, and competitors.
- Provide insights to support strategic sales planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be fluent in Spanish. Strong English is a plus.
