Swedish Ad Sales Account Executive

We are looking for an
Ad Sales Account Executive
to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing advertising clients across digital platforms. This role combines business development, full-cycle sales, and early account management.

What you'll do

  • Prospect and engage high-potential advertisers through targeted outbound outreach.
  • Lead discovery calls, understand client needs, and deliver tailored advertising solutions.
  • Own the sales cycle from first contact to deal close.
  • Manage clients during the first onboarding phase to ensure early success and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or digital advertising.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, or social platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing a high-volume pipeline.
  • C1 Swedish and advanced English
    .
  • Understanding of the Nordic market and business culture.

What we offer

  • Full-time, on-site role (39 hours/week, Monday–Friday).
  • Competitive salary:
    €25,330 gross/year + up to €4,470 bonus
