We´re looking for a driven Digital Advertising Growth Specialist to join a dynamic, international team in Barcelona. In this role, you´ll collaborate with Swedish-speaking businesses and marketing agencies across EMEA, helping them unlock the full potential of their online advertising through tailored, high-impact strategies.

What You´ll Do:Build and strengthen relationships with advertisers and agencies by offering strategic, results-oriented digital marketing guidance.
Deliver expert consultancy to boost ROI and improve campaign performance across major ad platforms.
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, promoting additional marketing solutions, and consistently hitting sales targets.
Communicate proactively with clients through calls, video meetings, and email, ensuring a smooth, premium customer experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
C2 Swedish+ strong command of English.
1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising.
Solid understanding of major ad platforms (Ads, AdSense, YouTube).
Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Genuine passion for Marketing, Tech, and Digital Advertisingplus a strong eagerness to grow.
Valid work permit for Spain.
Full-time (39h/week) role in Barcelona.
Competitive salary: 22, ,000 gross/year + performance bonus.
