ServiceNow Platform Architect

Are you our new ServiceNow Platform Architect?

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and transformation of our ServiceNow platform from traditional IT Service Management (ITSM) to a holistic Enterprise Service Management (ESM) framework

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB and Discovery, Security Operations (SecOps), and other modules including the emerging Agentic AI capabilities.

This role requires a professional who has experience working in diverse international environments and embodies respect and empathy as core ethical values. The architect will drive strategic architectural decisions, enable seamless integration across global business units, and ensure the platform scales to meet evolving business needs.

What will you do
:

• Architect and lead the end-to-end platform strategy, design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform covering ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, CMDB Discovery, Sourcing and Procurement Operations and Security Operations modules.
• Drive the transformation from scattered ITSM to a comprehensive Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution, expanding ServiceNow capabilities across the enterprise.
• Lead platform governance, roadmap development, and best practice enforcement to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with global business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee deployments.
• Leverage Agentic AI tools and capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and user experience.
• Manage CMDB strategy and Discovery processes ensuring accurate configuration management data that supports operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and guide development teams and administrators on architecture standards, coding best practices, and solution design.
• Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and collaboration within diverse, international teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across IT and business workflows.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, emerging trends, and technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

What we're looking for
:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with deep hands-on expertise in ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, ITOM, CMDB Discovery, and SecOps.
• Lead the solution design and implementation of ServiceNow to deliver value to business and IT while leveraging OOTB ServiceNow capabilities.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps), and Architect certification (CTA/CMA) are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards related to SecOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience working in international, multicultural environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to respect, empathy, and ethical collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate technical and organizational complexities and work with stakeholders from across the organization
