Arquitecto Técnico
certificado por ServiceNow (CTA)
con sólida experiencia en la plataforma y un historial contrastado de implementaciones complejas en grandes clientes.

Perfil de
liderazgo técnico
, con capacidad de interlocución directa con áreas de negocio y proveedores.

Responsable de garantizar la
integridad, buenas prácticas y evolución tecnológica
de la plataforma ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades principales

Estrategia y gobernanza

  • Definición de la estrategia de evolución tecnológica de la plataforma global.
  • Establecimiento y liderazgo de la Gestión de Tareas Transversales (CoEI).
  • Asegurar una arquitectura clara, gestión centralizada de datos core y estándares de desarrollo.

Análisis y toma de decisiones

  • Revisión de requisitos y evaluación del impacto de nuevas demandas en la plataforma.
  • Apoyo en la toma de decisiones para mantener la integridad y calidad del entorno.

Gestión de plataforma

  • Gobierno y configuración de la plataforma (MID Servers, upgrades, seguridad, integraciones).
  • Monitorización del rendimiento.
  • Gestión de releases e instancias.

Soporte y resolución

  • Seguimiento de casos con el fabricante mediante Now Support.
  • Resolución de retos complejos de análisis.

Automatización e innovación

  • Impulso de la automatización global de la plataforma.
  • Fomento de la innovación continua.

Habilidades técnicas y conocimientos obligatorios

  • Certificación: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Imprescindible.

  • Módulos ServiceNow: Experiencia práctica en, al menos:

  • ITSM

  • SPM
  • Legal Service Delivery
  • ITOM
  • SECOPS
  • GRC

  • WSD

  • Plataforma: Conocimiento profundo de capacidades, novedades y mejores prácticas de ServiceNow.
