Ce que Transcom vous offre:
  • Contrat : Contrat à Durée Déterminée (CDD) de 2 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation.
  • Horaires : 09:00 à 18:00 du Lundi au Vendredi

Votre mission

Vous répondez aux client·e·s concernant leurs produits et services, principalement par téléphone et e-mail. Selon vos résultats, vos missions peuvent s'élargir (back-office, réseaux sociaux, etc.). Tous les contacts sont entrants - aucune vente. Vous gérez les échanges à votre manière, avec un script de soutien si besoin. Nous résolvons ensemble les demandes, simples ou complexes. Pas besoin d'être expert·e technique : ce qui compte, c'est votre envie d'aider et de fournir un service exceptionnel. Vous bénéficierez de tous les outils, d'une base de connaissances et du soutien d'une équipe bienveillante.

Profil recherché
  • Langue: Français niveau C1
  • Expérience en service client (souhaitée, non obligatoire)
  • Excellente communication & empathie
  • Résistance au stress & esprit analytique
  • Connaissances de base en informatique
  • Attitude proactive, orientée client, esprit d'équipe
