About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded M&A professional to join a leading global strategy and corporate advisory firm. You will work closely with senior leadership on transformative transactions across a range of industries, with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets. The role offers exposure to full deal life cycles, from strategy and diligence to execution support and post-merger integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead transaction advisory projects, including target analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and commercial due diligence
  • Partner with clients to define strategic opportunities and advise on growth, divestiture, and investment decisions
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality presentations and recommendations to C-suite clients
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform transaction strategy
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong M&A, corporate finance, or strategy experience, ideally including deal execution or advisory work
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and strong communication skills
