Trade Support Coordinator

Are you meticulously organised, detail-focused, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional administrative support?
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your administrative skills in supporting the Trade Sales Team in Barcelona.
In this position, you will ensure the team has a clear understanding of our business processes, has all the required compliance information, and has a clear understanding of our terms.
You'll be responsible for providing operational support and generating reports to ensure the Trade Department runs smoothly.
Day to day, you will be processing orders, generating and distributing operational reporting as needed, such as KPI reports, and reviewing our key systems to make sure we are maintaining accuracy and functionality.
You will also be auditing our accounts base to make sure all accounts are compliant with our agreed-upon terms.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level Excel, and at least some computer skills, including MS Office and Google.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build good working relationships with your team and the wider Games Workshop teams.
You will have a calm under pressure approach, staying focused and positive in a fast-paced environment.
The right person will relish all the changes this role brings and enjoy working in a busy environment.
