JOB MISSION

As our Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational activities related to the branch's order fulfillment, with a particular focus on warehouse management, logistics flows, inventory, and demand forecasting. The role reports hierarchically to the Branch Director and functionally (dotted line) to the Head of Logistics, Inventory, Traceability, and Sales Operations Processes.

This position leads the Inventory and Logistics Team, composed of two people, and coordinates the transition towards new operational models, ensuring process efficiency, safety, and innovation. It represents a strategic role within a context of operational evolution and transformation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Operational management of the warehouse and internal logistics flows.
• Supervision of inventory management and demand forecasting activities.
• Leadership and resolution of daily operational issues.
• Coordination of the transition from previous to new operational and organizational models.
• Development and implementation of innovation and process improvement projects.
• Direct coordination of 2 team members and indirect coordination of approximately 10 warehouse staff.
• Monitoring of operational KPIs and support in reporting to management.

WHO YOU ARE:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within operations/logistics/warehouse management.
• Degree in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven operational leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, demand planning, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with occupational safety regulations, particularly in logistics environments.
• Native/proficiency level in Spanish and intermediate in English are mandatory requirement.
