Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales Manager, based in Barcelona Area with flexibility for remote work. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business leads, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle to achieve financial goals. The role will involve conducting market research, delivering tailored business propositions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and attending exclusive networking events to foster partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop tailored business strategies
- Familiarity with fostering long-term client relationships and managing the sales process
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools; analytical mindset for tracking performance
- Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Willingness to attend events and engage with senior executives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
