This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a IT Project Manager for Business Solution Team. In this role, you will support impactful digital transformation projects on a global scale, driving value and fostering growth. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of projects including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. This position requires collaboration across multiple time zones and a proactive approach to change management. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, contributing directly to the strategic objectives of the business. Accountabilities
  • Project management including team management, planning, budgeting, and reporting using agile methodologies.
  • Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Facilitate internal and supplier meetings, proactively managing stakeholder needs.
  • Manage project scope and identify the need for change orders.
  • Determine communication plans for effective project updates.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Ensure adherence to established delivery methodology and project controls.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in IT Project Management.
  • Strong proficiency in project methodologies and management principles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes in Service, Electrical, or Software Engineering domains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Excellent relationship, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4 (certification is a plus).
