We have an opportunity for one of our Division on the Legal Area. We are looking for a
Legal Counsel
to manage german speaking markets, among others.

The main functions of the position will be:

  • Ensure the review all contracts and generate "Exception List" prior to the submission of tenders.

  • Collaborate in the final negotiations of all contracts.

  • Ensure collaboration with the Purchasing Department in order to carry out negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Draw up check list gathering all milestones in the framework of the Contract for Project Managers, to ensure the correct development of dealings with customers and suppliers.

  • Monitoring and ensuring the Project Managers´ compliance of all project milestones described in the provided check-list.

  • Drafting of claims and order change requests in collaboration with Project Managers.

  • Collaboration in the negotiation of order change requests and claims.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate in Law with a Master's Degree.

  • Perfect written and spoken German essential.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Experience in the german market is not essential but highly valued.

  • Willingness to travel.
