We are currently looking for a
Legal Counsel - German Speaker
for our
GDE | Sustainable Industry
business line, which specializes in industrial decarbonization and energy efficiency solutions, leading innovative and sustainable projects with both national and international impact.
The main functions of the position will be:
Ensure the review all contracts and generate "Exception List" prior to the submission of tenders.
Collaborate in the final negotiations of all contracts.
Ensure collaboration with the Purchasing Department in order to carry out negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Draw up check list gathering all milestones in the framework of the Contract for Project Managers, to ensure the correct development of dealings with customers and suppliers.
Monitoring and ensuring the Project Managers´ compliance of all project milestones described in the provided check-list.
Drafting of claims and order change requests in collaboration with Project Managers.
Collaboration in the negotiation of order change requests and claims.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate in Law with a Master's Degree.
Perfect written and spoken German essential.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Experience in the german market is not essential but highly valued.
Willingness to travel.
