About the Job
As a Brand Marketing Graduate for the Laxatives category, you will contribute to the growth of one of our most global & local iconic consumer brands: DulcoLax.
We exist to help everyone poop their way to a healthier, happier life — and yes, we mean it. Because when your gut feels good, everything flows better.
You'll be part of the Western Europe zone team, working closely with the Brand Manager in Spain and collaborating with a wide network of cross-functional experts, including Sales, Media, Shopper, HCP, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply teams. You'll be exposed to the full brand ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience across strategy, execution, and performance.
This role is perfect for early-career marketers who want to learn fast, contribute from day one, and develop a strong foundation in consumer health brand building on a brand that is bold, culturally relevant, and loved by millions in Spain.
Main responsibilities
1. Support the development & execution of consumer campaigns
- Contribute to the creation of campaign assets (TV, Digital, Social, POSM) bringing your ideas into life.
- Coordinate timelines, briefs, and feedback loops, keeping agencies and teams perfectly in sync.
- Support planning and execution of brand activations and consumer‑facing events.
- Manage approval processes for promotional materials through internal and Health Authorities' systems.
2. Market, campaign & media analysis
- Track market and competitors' performance spotting trends that keep Dulco ahead.
- Monitor media plans and evaluate their impact learning what really moves our audience.
- Analyze promotional actions to identify learnings and best practices.
- Support operational and administrative tasks related to brand performance.
3. Contribute to sales meetings
- Prepare and refine key messages for the sales team translating strategy into clear actions.
- Build clear and visually engaging presentations that supports impactful selling.
- Present materials during business meetings bringing clarity and confidence to the audience.
4. Build strong internal & external partnerships
- Collaborate with local teams and creative/media agencies, creating aligned, high-impact work.
- Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer needs to understand what drives behavior.
- Ensure smooth, simple, and effective communication across stakeholders.
About you
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree completed and validated at European level within the last 3 years.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English, proficient in Catalan is an advantage.
Experience and specific knowledge:
- Good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous internship experience in FMCG or Consumer Health is an advantage.
