Are you an agile, motivated, and detail-oriented individual eager to grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Join us at Opella as a Marketing Graduate for Enterogermina, the world's leading probiotic brand. In this role, you'll actively contribute to global brand operations, gaining hands-on experience across strategic, analytical, and creative marketing activities, while reporting to the Global Brand Lead.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the daily work of the Global Brand team, contributing to the execution of key initiatives. 

• Assist in the preparation and rollout of global brand campaigns and toolkits. 

• Collaborate on the development of promotional and communication materials. 

• Manage the approval process of marketing assets to ensure compliance and alignment. 

• Prepare and enhance marketing presentations  

• Analyze consumer data and competitor insights to support brand decisions. 

• Monitor budgets and ensure accurate tracking of ongoing projects. 

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree completed and validated at European level - No more than 3 years since graduation.

• Availability to work full time - 40h. per week.

• Previous experience /internship in FMCG/OTC companies is an advantage. 

• Language: Proficiency in English is a must 

• Professional Skills: Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.  

• Competencies: Proactive mindset with a commitment to excellence. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Detail oriented. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
