WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support via phone and email.
  • Guide customers through our products, pricing, and purchasing workflows to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and open questions to recommend the best solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, for both direct and reseller channels.
  • Qualify leads and accounts through research and outreach, identifying key decision-makers.
  • Create, follow up, and nurture business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Log all customer interactions and opportunities accurately in the CRM.
  • Engage with inbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, presenting tailored value propositions.
  • Apply qualification frameworks (such as BANT) to assess potential opportunities effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer journey.
  • Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment, assisting new interns with onboarding and development.

WHAT IS MANDATORY FOR JOINING THE PROGRAM?

  • Recent bachelor's degree, master's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong research and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • General knowledge of tech/SaaS products.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
