M&A Integration Lead / Integration PMO
, creador/a vocacional, ágil, competitivo/a y que ame trabajar en equipo.

Responsabilidades
:

  • Definir y liderar la estrategia de integración post-adquisición desde el Día 1.
  • Traducir el caso de negocio y las sinergias en planes de integración claros y ejecutables.
  • Liderar el programa global de integración M&A con múltiples workstreams y stakeholders.
  • Establecer y gestionar la gobernanza de integración y el reporting ejecutivo.
  • Asegurar la ejecución en plazo, calidad y presupuesto de todas las iniciativas de integración.
  • Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y decisiones críticas de la integración.
  • Coordinar funciones corporativas y áreas de negocio con la compañía adquirida.
  • Actuar como asesor/a de confianza de la alta dirección durante todo el proceso de integración.
  • Impulsar la gestión del cambio, la comunicación y la integración cultural.

Requisitos
:

  • Experiencia liderando integraciones M&A post-fusión en entornos complejos y multinacionales.
  • Experiencia gestionando programas complejos con múltiples streams y alta visibilidad ejecutiva.
  • Dominio de prácticas de PMO y gobernanza de programas.
  • Capacidad estratégica para alinear integración, sinergias y objetivos de negocio.
  • Experiencia en gestión del cambio y alineación de stakeholders.
  • Conocimiento sólido de funciones corporativas y modelos operativos.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo transversal, comunicación ejecutiva y orientación a resultados.
