Who we are looking for…

Are you passionate about creating exceptional wellness experiences and providing outstanding service from the very first interaction? As a Spa Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized welcome. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a luxury environment, we want to meet you

Your responsibilities include…

• Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring compliance with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
• Coordinate and support therapists and receptionists to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage staff schedules, task assignments, and attendance.
• Ensure treatment rooms and common areas are prepared, clean, and organized.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
• Monitor inventory of products and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Guarantee adherence to safety, hygiene, and wellness protocols.
• Collect guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the spa experience.

What we expect from you…

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or related areas (preferably in luxury hotels or spas).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Basic knowledge of spa treatments and services (preferred).
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Valid work permit in Spain.
