Are you passionate about hospitality and excellence in service? As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the key point of reference in our gastronomic outlets, ensuring that every experience exceeds our guests' expectations. You will lead teams with energy, guarantee compliance with luxury standards, and contribute to making every moment memorable.

What Are Your Responsibilities Are…

• Supervise daily operations in restaurants, bars, and F&B areas, ensuring impeccable service.
• Coordinate and motivate the team to deliver personalized experiences aligned with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
• Manage reservations, table assignments, and service flow to optimize the guest experience.
• Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, keeping guest satisfaction as the top priority.
• Collaborate with other departments (Kitchen, Events, Front Desk) to ensure smooth operations.
• Control inventories, orders, and costs, contributing to the profitability of the area.
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote exclusive gastronomic experiences.
• Train and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence and genuine service.

What We Want From You…

• Previous experience supervising teams in restaurants or F&B within luxury environments.
• Positive leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Passion for gastronomy and exceptional service.
• Fluent communication in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of quality standards and food safety protocols.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
