Your mission
We are looking for a proactive and creative
Social Media Manager
to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day social media operations while supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), supporting content creation, active community management, and social-first campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Proactively engage with followers, employees, partners, and creators.
- Handle community crises and negative comments in collaboration with PR and communications teams.
- Track interactions and suggest ways to boost engagement metrics.
- Content Creation Support
- Assist the design and content teams in brainstorming, producing, and publishing social content.
- Support production days, including on-camera or behind-the-scenes tasks.
- Ensure assets meet platform-specific requirements.
- Data & Reporting
- Collect and organize KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports.
- Support analysis of engagement, reach, and trends to inform strategy.
- Suggest optimizations based on insights and campaign performance.
- Paid Media Support
- Assist in monitoring paid social campaigns and ad performance.
- Flag optimization opportunities and ensure alignment with organic content.
- Production Presence
- Attend shoots to support creative direction and social-first content capture.
- Ensure social-specific requirements are implemented during production.
- Brainstorming & Team Collaboration
- Actively participate in creative meetings and campaign planning.
- Collaborate closely with design, brand, communications, and regional teams to maintain a coherent narrative.
Key Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and social media analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of social trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Comfortable with content production, community management (including handling crises), and reporting.
- Highly organized with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker, able to suggest new ideas and approaches.
- Willingness and comfort appearing on camera for social media videos and internal content.
- Data-driven mindset, curious to test, learn, and optimize paid campaigns.
