Our platform attracts visitors researching their next trading platform. We focus on maintaining editorial independence, our reviews aren't for sale, and our credibility comes from transparent testing methodology.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to join our Barcelona team and build our presence across key social platforms. This is an on-site freelance position where you'll work directly with our team to establish Skrumble as a trusted voice in the trading and crypto space.

You'll collaborate with our content team to transform reviews, comparisons, and educational content into engaging social narratives that resonate with traders and crypto investors.

Key Responsability:

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create platform-specific content that educates and engages our target audience
  • Transform blog content, reviews, and comparison data into compelling social posts
  • Design graphics, short-form videos, and carousel posts using editing tools
  • Build and nurture communities around trading education and platform comparisons
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely manner
  • Track key social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
  • Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with our editorial schedule
  • Identify trending topics and opportunities in the trading and crypto space
  • Collaborate with the content team to amplify new reviews and guides

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts and driving engagement
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Ability to work on-site from our Barcelona office
  • Comfortable with fast-paced content production cycles

Highly Valued:

  • Experience in fintech, trading, or crypto social media
  • Personal interest or experience in trading or cryptocurrency
  • Experience managing YouTube channels and creating video content
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, Twitter Ads)
  • Understanding of SEO and how social signals impact search rankings
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
