Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support in all project management areas, including:
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organizing and coordinating workshops, meetings, and related logistics
  • Creating and updating OrgCharts, meeting minutes, and SharePoint content
  • Tracking and following up on tasks and deliverables
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence to structure, document, and monitor requirements and progress.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely communication and reporting to stakeholders.
Requisitos

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • SAP HR knowledge
  • Success Factors skills
  • Ability to work self-directed, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Scrum Master knowledge
  • Strong proficiency in project tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Several years of experience in project management (e.g., Junior PM) or PMO roles
