Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support in all project management areas including: Preparing and maintaining project documentation in Excel and PowerPoint Organizing and coordinating workshops meetings and related logistics Creating and updating OrgCharts meeting minutes and SharePoint content Tracking and following up on tasks and deliverables Utilize Jira and Confluence to structure document and monitor requirements and progress. Act as a central point of contact for project coordination and administrative tasks. Ensure timely communication and reporting to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams SAP HR knowledge Success Factors skills Ability to work self-directed with a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence Scrum Master knowledge Strong proficiency in project tools and MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint) Several years of experience in project management (e.g. Junior PM) or PMO roles Additional Information Employment Type: 100% permanent project role Objective: Offload program and project managers from non-critical project management tasks enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
