buscamos un/a
Legal Counsel
para incorporarse al departamento jurídico de una
multinacional líder en soluciones de movilidad urbana y gestión de infraestructuras de estacionamiento
. La compañía opera concesiones administrativas, aparcamientos off-street, servicios regulados en vía pública y participa en proyectos de innovación, movilidad digital y crecimiento corporativo.

El/La Legal Counsel proporcionará asesoramiento jurídico integral a las áreas de negocio con foco en
contratación pública
,
contencioso-administrativo
,
contratación civil y mercantil
, y en materias
corporativas y de M&A
. Será una figura clave para apoyar la expansión y las operaciones estratégicas de la compañía.

Se ofrece contrato temporal de un año con posibilidad de incorporación posterior.

Responsabilidades

Contratación Pública y Derecho Administrativo


• Asesorar en
licitaciones públicas
, concesiones administrativas y relaciones con la Administración.


• Preparación, revisión y negociación de pliegos, ofertas y documentación para procedimientos públicos.


• Gestión y coordinación de procedimientos
contencioso-administrativos
, recursos y reclamaciones.

Contratación Civil y Mercantil


• Redacción, revisión y negociación de contratos civiles y mercantiles (servicios, explotación, acuerdos tecnológicos, NDAs, comerciales, etc.).


• Apoyo contractual a las áreas operativas, comerciales y financieras.

Corporate y M&A


• Participación en tareas
corporativas
:


• Elaboración de acuerdos sociales.


• Mantenimiento societario y cumplimiento de obligaciones registrales.


• Soporte en secretaría de Consejo.


• Participación en
operaciones de M&A
:


• Due diligence legal.


• Análisis de riesgos.


• Preparación y negociación de documentación contractual.


• Coordinación con asesores externos y equipos internos.

Asesoría Jurídica General


• Elaboración de informes y dictámenes jurídicos.


• Asesoramiento transversal a las áreas de negocio, tecnología, inmobiliario, HR y operaciones.


• Apoyo en la implementación de políticas internas y programas de cumplimiento.

Litigios


• Seguimiento de procedimientos judiciales y administrativos.


• Coordinación con despachos externos y participación en la estrategia procesal.

Requisitos

Formación y experiencia


• Grado en Derecho y colegiación vigente.


•
Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia
en despacho de abogados, departamento jurídico interno o combinación de ambos.


• Experiencia sólida en:

Contratación pública

Contencioso-administrativo

Contratación civil y mercantil
.


•
Corporate
(societario y gobierno corporativo).


• Valorable experiencia o participación directa en
operaciones de M&A
.

Competencias técnicas


• Conocimiento robusto en derecho administrativo, mercantil y societario.


• Nivel alto de inglés.


• Valorable experiencia en sectores como infraestructuras, concesiones, servicios urbanos o movilidad.

Competencias personales


• Rigor técnico y alto nivel de autonomía.


• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.


• Orientación a negocio y habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
