This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Employee Success Business Partner - REMOTE. In this role, you will enable Professional Services leaders to scale their teams across regions while fostering an engaging work environment. You will blend strategic vision with hands-on initiatives, driving employee success through impactful tools and insights. Your efforts will support managers in achieving business objectives while contributing to a high-growth atmosphere. Your innovative approach will be pivotal in shaping a culture where employees thrive. Accountabilities
  • Enable business growth by ensuring an engaging work environment and high-performance culture where employees can do their best
  • Create talent focus including performance management, internal mobility, and overall development
  • Partner with leaders and people managers as a strategic advisor to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies
  • Act as a customer-first, people-oriented solutions consultant by providing thought partnerships and useful tools for the leaders you support
  • Be the guardian of the employee lifecycle and partner with Employee Success Associates to ensure the right support at scale
  • Provide insightful data on retention and employee experience to proactively recommend systemic improvements
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue; design and quickly implement solutions that may cut across multiple disciplines or support functions
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a product/tech organization or management consulting firm
  • Clear demonstration of strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and a team player
  • Employee relations experience, working through complex situations and escalations
  • Partnered with C-level/global leaders on organization and talent needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
  • Highly resourceful, self-driven and comfortable working with ambiguity
