EN ESTE ROL TE ENCARGARÁS DE:

Soporte IT Interno

  • Dar soporte técnico básico a empleados (acceso, hardware, software, conectividad, VPN, etc.).
  • Ayudar en la gestión del ciclo de vida de equipos (altas, bajas, configuraciones iniciales).
  • Resolver incidencias de primer nivel y escalarlas cuando sea necesario.
  • Apoyar la administración de entornos de
    Microsoft 365
    (Azure AD / Entra ID, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Ayudar a administrar dispositivos Apple a través de
    Jamf
    .

Seguridad y Cumplimiento

  • Colaborar en tareas básicas de seguridad corporativa.
  • Participar en la implementación de buenas prácticas de seguridad.
  • Ayudar en la monitorización de alertas o incidencias.

Infraestructura y redes.

  • Creacion, gestión y mantenimiento de infraestructura y servicios en
    AWS
    .
  • Gestion de redes y conexiones telefónicas via
    SIP
    .
  • Ayudar en la documentación y seguimiento de recursos internos.

QUÉ NECESITAMOS DE TI:

  • Conocimientos básicos de entornos IT corporativos.
  • Conocimiento de cloud, preferiblente AWS.
  • Interés por aprender sobre Jamf, seguridad, M365 y AWS.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.
  • Proactividad, curiosidad y ganas de crecer en el área de operaciones.

Valorable:

  • Conocimiento en redes y telefonía.
  • Conocimientos previos de Jamf o gestión de dispositivos Apple
  • Familiaridad con administración de Microsoft 365.
  • Nociones básicas de seguridad informática (MFA, acceso mínimo, phishing awareness…).
  • Haber trabajado o realizado prácticas en un entorno IT/corporativo.
  • Interés en la ciberseguridad o la gestión de identidades.
  • Experiencia en Startups tecnológicas.
