Únete a Axpo Iberia para desarrollar relaciones de alto impacto con grandes cuentas industriales y socios consultores en la región de Levante.Tareas y responsabilidadesLiderar la contratación de electricidad y gas con clientes industriales de gran consumo en Levante (>10 GWh).Desarrollar y ampliar alianzas con consultoras energéticas líderes para generar nuevas oportunidades.Prospectar, identificar y cerrar acuerdos con empresas industriales (>1 GWh Power / 3–20 GWh Gas).Negociar y estructurar contratos complejos (fijo, indexado, flexible, PPAs, multiclick) defendiendo márgenes y rentabilidad.Aportar insights de mercado, asesoramiento en riesgo y propuestas a medida a clientes y consultoras.Colaborar con Pricing, Risk, Operations y Legal para ofertas competitivas y resolución proactiva de incidencias.Perfil y requisitosExperiencia gestionando grandes cuentas en los mercados eléctrico y gasista en España, incluyendo marco regulatorio y mecanismos de precio.Trayectoria en venta directa a industria y gestión del canal consultor, incluyendo procesos de licitación (de RFQ a cierre).Sólida negociación en entornos B2B complejos y dominio de contratos (fijo, indexado, flexible, PPAs, multiclick) con foco en márgenes.Alto manejo de análisis de datos y herramientas (Excel/Power BI) y CRM (p. ej., Salesforce).Grado en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería o similar; español nativo e inglés profesional, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.Idealmente: Máster en Mercados Energéticos o MBA; otros idiomas europeos; red/portfolio activo de clientes industriales y consultoras líderes en España.Mentalidad hunter, resiliente, orientada a resultados y adaptable; pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para construir relaciones con decisores C‑level; colaboración transversal con alta integridad y enfoque resolutivo.Aunque no cumplas todos los requisitos, te animamos a postular.
