Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic technology projects.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Track schedules, resources, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare project progress reports and technical documentation.
  • Identify risks and propose preventive or corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (MS Office / Google Workspace); experience with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in the defense and aerospace sectors, with the ability to adapt to high-impact and confidential projects.

Funciones principales:

  • Asistir en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos tecnológicos estratégicos.
  • Coordinar la comunicación entre clientes, equipos internos y otras partes interesadas.
  • Monitorear cronogramas, recursos y entregables, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.
  • Elaborar informes de progreso y documentación técnica de proyectos.
  • Identificar riesgos y proponer medidas preventivas o correctivas.
  • Apoyar en la mejora continua de procesos y metodologías de gestión de proyectos.

Requisitos:

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Gestión de Proyectos o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia de 4 a 7 años en gestión o coordinación de proyectos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (MS Office / Google Workspace); se valorará experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Interés en sectores de defensa y aeroespacial, con capacidad de adaptarse a proyectos de alto impacto y confidencialidad.
