Our multilingual team speaks Spanish, English, Polish, German, French, and Portuguese to accommodate clients from various backgrounds. Whether clients are looking to buy, rent, or invest our dedicated team ensures personalised support at every step.
Role Description
The role is very diverse and multi faceted. Its a full-time, on-site position located in our beautiful office in San Pedro from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for a hands on, creative and resourceful individual to join our team.
Your responsibilities include creating and managing all property listings across various platforms whilst also p
laying a central role in shaping the company's brand and identity. You will focus on digital strategy, brand development, creative direction, and managing our online and social media presence.
You are free to chose your structure and workflow and will be given more tools and responsibilities as we grow. You will be working very closely with our partners and brokers on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Marketing and Content Strategy skills, including digital marketing expertise and the ability to create effective promotional campaigns
- Strong Communication and Client Relationship Management skills, with a focus on customer service and multilingual capabilities being a plus (English is a must)
- Experience with Property Listing Platforms, Real Estate Management tools, and knowledge of the Marbella property market is advantageous
- Organisational and Coordination skills for managing multiple properties, campaigns, and client demands effectively
- Previous experience in luxury real estate, fashion or property marketing is preferred but not mandatory
- Good understanding of social media apps, trends and content creation
- You have your own laptop and phone
- You are registered as autonomo in Spain
