What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English + another European language preferred
  • Strong track record in sales with proven drive and negotiation skills
  • Ideally experienced in listing, presenting, and selling luxury properties with HNW clients
  • Confident, presentable, and relationship building personality
  • Tech-savvy with excellent literacy and digital communication skills
  • Knowledge of Marbella / Costa del Sol property market an advantage
  • Valid Spanish residency, driving license, and own car
