Our client a prestigious market leader with over 20 years operating in the luxury Marbella’s real estate sector is seeking an experienced Listing Manager. The Listing Manager will join a dynamic and expanding team and be at the forefront of Marbella’s real estate scene. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a team of Listing Agents and Coordinators preferably in the Marbella area and will speak English and Spanish fluently.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and expand the listings team and ensure that the daily operations run efficiently.
- Ensure that all leads have been evaluated and allocated to the appropriate Listing Agent in a prompt manner
- Follow up ensuring that all paperwork is in order and contracts are signed
- Analyse and evaluate the flow of leads
- Manage the online property database, uploading and updating properties details daily
- Liaise regularly with the owners and the Sales Consultants
- Analyse and evaluate the flow of leads
- Manage the team to ensure that the monthly targets are met
- Report directly to management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Listing Manager or a similar position in the Marbella luxury real estate market.
- Excellent organizational, co-ordinating and time management skills are required
- Experience of leading and motivating a team.
- Must live near or able to commute daily to Marbella
- English and Spanish are required with additional languages a bonus
- Excellent computer and CRM skills
- Valid driving license and car are essential

**Package**
- Permanent contract with a competitive salary (circa €2500 net) plus bonus package and excellent working conditions
- Working hours: 9-6pm or 10-7pm
