We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OTC Officer Front Non Core to join our Finance Operations team. The role focuses on managing accounts for assigned clients within the FO area, acting as the main contact for trade customers of the company, including hotel accommodation, transfers, tours, and activities. You will be responsible for incidence management, applying the Credit Policy, and closing/reconciling accounts.

• Contact assigned clients to recover and collect payments, debts, and balances (International German-speaking clients).
• Monitor collected commitments and achieved collection & reconciling claim accounts.
• Resolve incidences promptly and effectively.
• Reconcile outstanding payments and prepare monthly reports on claim balances.
• Implement proactive measures to minimize risk to the company.

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Tourism.
• Languages: High level of German and Spanish (spoken & written); English is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Communication & Organization: Excellent skills; phone customer service experience is an advantage.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Negotiation & Problem-Solving: High negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP system.
