iTalenters, a leading IT recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

We are looking for an intern with a passion for digital marketing and an interest in the tech industry. Someone who wants to join a dynamic and creative team that is always exploring new ideas, experimenting with fresh content formats, and shaping innovative marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract clients and IT candidates, such as funnels & email marketing campaigns.
  • Operational execution of different digital marketing actions
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media metrics to improve our digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Perform market research and benchmarking to improve digital strategy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of social media channels, such as YouTube, Linkedin and Instagram.
  • Knowledge or interest in creating email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Highly valued: strong interest in SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads).
  • Interest in using AI in your daily work.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
