Your Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing marketing strategies: Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns targeted at Danish-speaking audiences, ensuring strong engagement and high conversion rates.
- Managing multi-channel digital campaigns: Take ownership of campaigns across various digital platforms including SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, while optimizing them for improved performance.
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance: Regularly assess key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust campaigns accordingly to ensure continued success and growth.
- Targeting the right audience: Create effective segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns reach the relevant Danish-speaking audience segments with maximum impact.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams from product, creative, and sales to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
- Keeping up with trends: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are always ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken): You'll be working with Danish content, so fluency is essential.
- Experience in digital marketing: You should have hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze data and draw insights from campaign performance to refine and improve results.

- Comfortable with hybrid or onsite work: Flexibility to work either remotely or onsite at our office in Barcelona, based on your preference.
